Join Danielle Hougard, certified Anusara Yoga instructor (recognized in August 2010 Marin Magazine as the Editors’ Choice for Best Prenatal Yoga class in Marin), for a weekly prenatal yoga class.  Class includes yoga postures & sequences specifically for pregnancy; meditations and techniques for relaxation & stress reduction; a conscious approach to conception, pregnancy, labor & delivery & mothering; network & support with other moms-to-be.  Please bring a yoga mat; wear comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in.
