— Beginning Thursday, February 5th 10am-12pm,
for 6 sessions in South Berkeley at Manzanita Wellness Clinic,

**Fee: $190, includes 6 facilitated sessions, assistance in setting up 2nd informal group meeting weekly, and snacks.

Great group for moms (1st and 2nd time) & babies focused on the joys, challenges & humorous moments of this rite of passage. Nonjudgemental support and the belief that with openness to process, Moms will feel more grounded and in turn have healthier and happier familial relationships. In addition, we help organize a second meeting during the week for Mom‘s to get together going for walks or cafe visits, etc.
