LISTENING MOTHERS: A NEW MOM’S GROUP (birth – six months)

Location: Parents Place – Palo Alto, 200 Channing Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94301

Time: Sep 16, 2013 – Nov 4, 2013, Mondays 12:30pm – 2:00pm

Price: $200.00 for eight sessions.

The Listening Mothers group develops a foundation to foster and maintain

a nurturing, trustful, and loving relationship between mothers and

babies. During this eight-week series, mothers will join a community of

like-minded, supportive parents as they navigate through the various

stages of emotional and physical development of their babies. Parents

will become more in tune with “baby behaviors” and able to be responsive

to the rapid changes that occur during this pivotal time of a child’s

life. Parents will also gain easy-to-master mindful-based skills to

help reduce stress and increase a sense of well-being and learn to trust
